Do you accept all credit cards?
All major credit cards are accepted by us: MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.
How to check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order on our website under “My Account” section.
Where can I enter my Discount Code?
You can enter your discount code on the Shopping cart page in the segment named “Discount Codes”, which says “Enter your coupon code if you have one”. If you have a Discount Code, type it there and click the “APPLY” button to apply it on your order.
Also, in case you missed using your discount code on the shopping cart page, then you can enter your discount code on the Checkout page in a segment named “Discount Codes”, which says “Enter your coupon code if you have one”. If you have a Discount Code, type it there and then click the “APPLY” button to apply it to your order.
Do you provide International Shipping?
we provide shipping only in the United States currently.
What are your charges for shipping?
American Area Rugs provides free shipping in the Continental USA. A non-refundable processing & handling fee of $6.50 will be added to all orders.
How will I get my receipt copy?
An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail ID provided by you during checkout. An additional or replacement copy of the order receipt can also be provided via e-mail in case required. Please contact us at 770-568-8359 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org in case of any queries or clarification.
Additionally, you can also print a copy of your order receipt by going to the “My Account” section and then going to the “My Orders” section to check your order summary and print a receipt.
Does American Area Rugs provide an in-home trial?
American Area Rugs offers a 30Day risk free in-home trial wherever possible (see return policy by brand name here americanarearugs.com/return-policy) ) except for customized rugs, products sold through our Clearance Section, and rug pads that have been opened. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days after you receive it, you may return it – no questions asked. You are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges.
